Observation

Janitorial equipment including floor polisher, mop with bucket w/water inside and cleaner/disinfectant available and accessible to children in licensed area. These items were moved to the unlocked kitchen immediately and kitchen door was blocked with a table as the key was not available to lock the kitchen. Observed on 01.03.2022. Janitor's closet/PE storage room was not locked. Observed on 01.03.2022. Program's disinfectant and sanitation spray was accessible to children. Observed on 01.03.2022.
